Clients will be asked to provide their credit card information at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 12*hours in advance of the appointment time will not be charged.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason within the 12*hours period, there may be an 50% service fee charged to your card. Please plan accordingly when reserving your massage appointments to avoid these charges. But NO SHOW CHARGE FEE 100% of service price.
